We are seeking a qualified individual who can effectively manage revenue assurance processes, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to accounting standards as our new A2C Revenue Assurance Lead . In this position, you will be a vital member of the Agreement to Cash (A2C) organization, overseeing billing, cash applications, and revenue recognition and analysis. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of revenue transactions in compliance with ASC 840/842 Lease Accounting Standards, review customer contracts, identifying accounting elements, applying revenue recognition criteria, approving revenue schedules within the Contract Lifecycle Management module (CLM) in the Salesforce environment, and ensuring adherence to IMDC Revenue Recognition Policy.

What you will do

Perform detailed review of all client proposals, contracts, and amendments on a timely basis.

Ensure pricing line items within the CLM environment of the Salesforce ERP are accurately captured, approved and prepped to enable a seamless billing process

Engage with Sales and Operations teams and provide necessary inputs on accounting, revenue recognition and other financial aspects prior to contract finalization

Ensure compliance with Lease Revenue recognition standards as per US GAAP (ASC 840/842).

Prepare a monthly revenue reporting package, ensure variances against forecast and prior month are analysed and explained

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline revenue-related processes and systems.

Build systems and processes in place to safeguard against revenue leakage, minimize re-billings

What you will bring

Numerous years of related experience in a centralized Customer invoicing and Receivables Management role

Hands-on exposure to Oracle and SalesForce environments

Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to create impactful, concise and easily understood presentations & analysis

Good understanding of ASC 840/842 Lease accounting standards

Ability to assess risk with A2C processes and to implement appropriate controls to mitigate risk

Strong service delivery and customer focus

Experience in implementing/improving financial processes

Ability to rapidly develop strong rapport and build relationships with individuals and teams at multiple levels of the organization

Proactive self starter with proven problem solving skill set
