Position

As Sr. Procurement Manager your primary responsibility is to support and lead large sized procurement and sourcing related activities across various Corporate Spend and Professional Services Indirect Procurement categories at Global and Regional & Country level.
You will lead the delivery and implementation of category strategies which are aligned with our clients corporate strategy and financial goals. This will require the alignment with Regional & Country procurement Managers responsible for the execution of the Corporate Spend and Professional Services sub categories, including but not limited to Consulting , Professional, Compliance, Finance and Insurances Services.

You are accountable for the development of procurement strategies, category management, supplier development, contract negotiations and stakeholder management. An you will also require the ability to produce high quality analytics and support (host supplier meetings, coordinate activities to bring project to closure, manage communication, and draft documents as required) for RFx activities, negotiations planning and supplier management.

Responsibilities:

  • analyze and produce reports on supplier spend data, sourcing initiatives and targeted/achieved savings;
  • global category strategy development and/or support;
  • drive execution of Regional category strategies in collaboration with country procurement;
  • identify potential sources of supply and conduct Request for Proposal (RfP), analysis, cost modeling and risk management;
  • assist in sourcing strategy implementation and selection of suppliers;
  • stakeholder management;
  • support supplier risk and sustainability assessments and support diversity initiatives;
  • prepare supporting documentation and presentations on local procurement projects for review and approval;
  • support supplier management reviews and scorecards;
  • support contract negotiations and management including successful execution of contracts, ensuring proper coordination with the internal legal team and managing on-going stakeholder contracting needs.

Profile

  • degree with a major or concentration in Business, Finance or Marketing;
  • 8-10 years of work experience, preferred with Corporate Spend and Professional Services Procurement experience;
  • evidence of strong Project management, Stakeholder management and influencing skills required.
