We are seeking a Line Maintenance Controller to join our team at the forefront of global aviation maintenance. Based out of our Maastricht facility, this pivotal role encompasses the coordination of Aircraft On Ground (AOG) situations, the evaluation of mid-term maintenance schedules for specialized resources, managing the rotation schedules of line technicians, and facilitating daily communication with our clients, SAMCO technicians, and the Line Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities: - Efficient coordination and oversight of staff scheduling and rosters. - Managing the licensing requirements for our team of engineers. - Engaging in daily communications with clients, line technicians, and the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) to update and discuss the status of aircraft. - Planning for mid-term requirements of tools, Ground Support Equipment (GSE), materials, and specialized services like Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) at outstations. - Generating reports and offering administrative support to the Line Maintenance Manager. (Requirements) - A diploma in Aviation Management is an advantage, but not a requirement. - Experience or affinity with staff scheduling; - Experience in an international work environment is preferred; - Proficient in Microsoft Office; - Strong communicative skills in English, both written and spoken; - Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines; - A proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
