For procurement area this means moving towards uniform and efficient processes and creating single points of responsibility for the group. To make this possible we would like to bring on board a proactive and experienced Sourcing Manager to join our Group Procurement team.

Profile

How you will make a difference

You will help us to ‘finance change to change finance’, by playing a pivotal role in supporting the business in sourcing our ICT services and supporting the Contract Owner in achieving successful outcomes. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of procurement processes, ICT/AI technologies and excellent communication skills.

As a part of your daily routine:

  • You will collaborate with business owners on mapping sourcing planning to business planning
  • You will ensure that the sourcing strategy adds value and optimizes costs while minimizing risks
  • You will challenge Contract Owners and Business lines on multi-discipline value/cost/risk/ESG optimization.
  • You will coach Procurement Managers and provide guidance on complex procurement queries.
  • You will support Contract Owner in responding to information requests from regulators, external and internal audit.
  • You will develop and maintain sourcing tools, training, best practices, and processes.
  • You will establish or assist in establishing clear requirements for procurement processes.
  • You will write or contribute to writing the value case for procurement decisions.
  • You will take the lead in the selection process towards potential suppliers.
  • You will lead negotiations with potential suppliers to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
  • You will provide support to the Contract Manager/Owner in contracting potential suppliers.

Furthermore, it is expected that you will have:

  • previous experience in sourcing management, preferably in financial institution
  • practical knowledge of DORA, EBA, GOA and other applicable regulations
  • practice in working with various stakeholders and ability to build long-term relations at all levels in the organization
  • NEVI, CIPS or comparable certification (as an asset)

Your future colleagues

You will report directly to Group Procurement Director and collaborate closely with Corporate Procurement Managers, including Contract Managers within your team. Additionally, you will engage with Contract Owners, other colleagues, and internal key stakeholders to establish the most effective structure for future endeavours.
