QuantWare is looking to expand our team with a skilled and motivated Head of Finance.

What are you going to do?

As Head of Finance at QuantWare, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and integrity of our organisation. Reporting directly to the CFO, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating financial reporting processes, including monthly and annual closings;

• Reporting on financial performance to management and providing insights for improvement;

• Collaborating with other departments to establish budgets, forecast and achieve financial goals;

• Management of accounting department;

• Managing and coordinating subsidies, including allocation of costs, reporting and contribution to applications;

• Contributing to the development, automation and implementation of financial systems and processes.

Job requirements

You’re suited to be our new Head of Finance when you get uncomfortable if you’re not 100% sure the numbers are correct: you double check them to make sure, and you’re driven to build in extra checks. You’re used to working with tight deadlines and can organise your work to meet them.
To excel in this role you’ll also need:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field;

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role;

• Fluency in both spoken and written Dutch and English is a must in this role.
