The position of TTH Forecast, Strategy and Ingredient Solutions Finance Lead within the TTH Financial Planning & Analysis team is accountable to lead TTH forecast and budget process, support TTH Strategy team and support Head of Ingredients Solutions Finance.
The role will work closely with Group to embrace Financial Planning transformation (Budget / Forecasting).
The role will support the TTH Strategy team and Head of Ingredients Solutions Finance to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the financial analysis.
Active contributor to TTH FP&A team, the person will play a key role in the coordination of TTH Finance organization and performance tracking. The position will report to the TTH FP&A lead.

Your key responsibilities
• Co-create & Animate the Budget and Revised Annual Forecast (RAF) Process for TTH Business Unit
• Lead the full Forecast process from Revenue, Raw Material assumptions, Overheads to set right Margin Target as well as Cost Control on Full Operating Expenses for the TTH Division to deliver the results / guidance.
• Design the new Budget process with TTH Finance community to ensure the completion of Budget and Revised Annual Forecast for consolidation, transparency, and accuracy and ownerships on set of assumptions.
• Support IS Finance Head in reporting and financial decision-making reports.
• Finance Contact for TTH Head of Strategy to ensure right decision making, tracking of deliverables vs plan.

You bring
• Strong business and strategic acumen, demonstrating courage and conviction to drive change and to positively challenge and convey opinions at Executive meetings.

• Minimum of 15 years relevant finance experience of Performance Management as Finance Director or Business & or Procurement Controller, having overseen affiliate or Segment/division of minimum 0.5bn of spent
• Experience in Plant controlling, Procurement Controlling Raw Material in FMCG and/ or Manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of SAP and strong command of MS Excel, relevant Work experience on BI Projects to simplify End to End Budget Process
