S&C Staffing is growing fast and, in this growth environment and continuously expanding store base, you as our Global Head of Property will be responsible for overseeing the management and operations of our retail properties in Europe. The primary goal is to maximize the property's value and improve performance.

YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop and execute strategies for the company's real estate portfolio. Monitor the performance of existing properties and identify opportunities for optimization and value creation.
• Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and resolve any lease-related issues or disputes.
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to assess the financial viability of new projects, including return on investment (ROI), net present value (NPV), and cash flow projections. Provide recommendations for portfolio optimization.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks, informing the company's real estate strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams, Finance, Legal, Accounting to align real estate decisions with business objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as landlords, brokers, and property developers.
• Assist in the development of the annual real estate budget and forecast. Monitor expenses, track performance against budgetary targets, and provide regular reports to senior management.

THIS IS YOU

• Master’s degree in business economics related fields
• Approx. ⚠-⚠ years of experience as aRetail tenant or Landlord
• Strong analytical, communicating, change management and consulting skills
• Work experience within Ecommerce or Retail in a commercial environmentis a pre, on top of this you are a true data savvy
• StrongEnglishverbal and written language skills are required
