The work

We are looking for highly skilled SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) consultants to join our team. As an SAP VIM Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level advice and solutions related to the SAP VIM module to our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, design, configure, test, and deploy SAP VIM solutions. You will also provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to the project team and end users.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong experience (at least ⚠ years) in implementing and supporting SAP VIM module, OCR Integration & Archiving Integration including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P⚠P) business processes, invoice management, and accounts payable (AP) operations.
• Solid understanding of SAP VIM integration with OCR & Archiving tools as well as other SAP modules such as FI, MM, and SD.
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP VIM workflows, document types, OCR , and post-processing framework (PPF).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Dutch language skills are a plus.

Bonus points if you have

• SAP S/⚠HANA domain-specific certification
• Experience in different OCR tools like ICC, L&S Solutions, Intelligent Capture, Basware, Kofax.
• Experience in SAP MM & SAP FI
• SAP VIM certification(s)
• Dutch language understanding
• Experience in a consulting environment
