• Collaborating with our business stakeholders to understand their needs and discuss new functionalities. You'll play a key role in shaping the direction of our products and services.
• Actively participating in solution delivery by contributing to design. Your input will be critical in ensuring that we create effective and efficient solutions that meet our clients' needs.
• Applying integration concepts and development best practices and focusing on quality practices. You'll be instrumental in ensuring that our products and services are of the highest quality.
• Working together with various team members, including developers, solution architects, and process managers, to deliver a better product. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to creating innovative solutions.
• Participating proactively in team decisions and challenging your team members on presented solutions. Your perspective will be critical in ensuring that we create the best possible solutions for our clients.
• Supporting the team in identifying and managing dependencies and risks.
• Providing (technological) architectural guidance to our squads in the implementation of solutions;
• Improving the state of our technical landscape and the quality, security and maintainability of our applications;
• Creating a comprehensive architecture for (technology) solutions to meet business requirements within Enterprise Architecture.

You and your talent

Here are the qualifications we're looking for, and how you can use them to make a difference:

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in JAVA, Angular, Azure, Spring Boot, Cloud Foundry, SQL, XML, and JSON with a minimum of ⚠ years of experience in a similar role.
• Communication and Presentation Skills: A natural communicator with excellent presentation skills, capable of creating impressive document designs.
• Problem-Solving and Agile Experience: Strong problem-solving skills, adept at gathering requirements and translating them into user stories. Experience working in agile environments, including DevOps and SCRUM methodologies.
• Ownership, Motivation, and Teamwork: A constructive and flexible mindset with a drive to achieve results. Passion for teamwork, a willingness to voice ideas, and an eagerness to learn from mistakes.
• Language Proficiency: Exceptional English language skills for effective global collaboration with colleagues.
• Innovation and Architectural Expertise: Proactive attitude with a knack for introducing fresh ideas and perspectives. Practical experience with architecture methods and techniques, such as Archimate.
• Holistic Perspective and Business Alignment: Ability to oversee a wide domain and understand the consequences of design decisions on both business and IT architecture. Capable of translating business requirements into solutions.
• Leadership and Open-Mindedness: Competence in leading the solution process for specific topics, inspiring colleagues, and fostering an open mindset for collaborative problem-solving.

This is what we offer you

• a gross monthly salary between € ⚠.⚠,- and € ⚠.⚠,⚠ (scale ⚠).
• ⚠th month and holiday pay: as of January ⚠, ⚠, the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid out in ⚠ equal monthly instalments. Employees have the option once a year to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December.
