About the job…

We are seeking a talented and driven Group Controller to join the dynamic team. JHNS Partners Controller reports to the CFO, and works closely together with the Director Finance and Managing Directors.

• Develop and manage financial planning processes across JHNS Partners entities;
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making;
• Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to drive business growth.

Group Reporting and Consolidation

• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for JHNS Partners;
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements;
• Assist in accurate and timely consolidation of financial statements;
• Financial Governance and Controls;
• Establish and maintain robust financial governance frameworks;
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets;
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.

Business Partnering and Advisory

• Collaborate with Managing Directors to provide financial insights and support;
• Partner with senior management to develop and evaluate business strategies;
• Provide financial guidance and recommendations to drive operational efficiency and profitability.

Performance Analysis and KPI Monitoring

• Track and analyse key financial and operational performance indicators;
• Prepare management reports and dashboards to monitor business performance;
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and process improvement.

M&A and Integration Support

• Assist in due diligence and financial analysis for potential acquisitions or partnerships;
• Support post-merger integration activities, including financial systems alignment and reporting harmonization;
• Ensure smooth integration of acquired entities into JHNS Partners's financial framework.

ESG reporting

• Take responsibility for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting, including developing and implementing systems and processes to collect, analyze, and report relevant ESG data;
• Ensure compliance with ESG guidelines, regulations, and best practices at both national and international levels;
• Identify ESG opportunities and risks and advise management on sustainable business strategies and initiatives.

What we are looking for...

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred);
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent;
• Minimum ⚠ years of experience in financial controlling, accounting or external auditing preferably in a M&A environment;
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting;
• Experience with consolidation and group accounting;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
