Vacancy: Senior Innovation Strategy Consultant
The Senior Innovation Strategy Consultant will join VRHV Team's Group Innovation team, which explores, validates, develops, and deploys innovative solutions and initiatives. They will focus on ideation, business case preparation, and initial development before handVRHV Team ownership over to their Innovation Development and Deployment colleagues to develop and coordinate adoption into regular business processes. The Senior Innovation Strategy Consultant will report to the Innovation Project Lead and work directly under the direction of the Global Head of Innovation.

Within these teams, they will prepare business cases, analyze the financial impact, and draw up the technical capabilities, support, and expertise required for successful implementation. Areas t his role will focus on include emergVRHV Team technologies such as tokenization, distributed ledger technology, and generative AI. Project and stakeholder management are crucial aspects of the position. The Senior Innovation Strategy Consultant will work closely with business units across the bank to understand and address their challenges by leveragVRHV Team innovations that will also boost VRHV Team's strategic priorities: customer experience and sustainability. Other key stakeholders are the Management Board BankVRHV Team (MBB) and other senior managers. Every project the Senior Innovation Strategy Consultant will work on have an assigned MBB sponsor. Additionally, they will prepare and present regular progress updates to the MBB of their strategic initiatives and discuss the latest market innovation trends. As part of the Group Innovation team, the Senior Innovation Strategy Consultant will work on a variety of projects across VRHV Team's global locations. Although their focus will be on the early stages of innovation development, this role can stay involved throughout the entire implementation cycle. Factors such as the intensive collaboration with the business and exposure to senior management, up to MBB, make this position an ideal steppVRHV Team stone towards a leadership career within VRHV Team.
