You'll take the helm as the guardian of implementation, ensuring that our technical and functional designs come to life flawlessly. You'll translate intricate business and IT requirements into visionary technical and functional architectural designs, always in sync with our Area Architect and the talented squads. As a Solution Architect you should particularly excel in the following Rabobank skills: Storytelling Judgement & decision making Complex problem solving Networking In addition to these skill you should recognize yourself in below checklist: Hold a relevant bachelor's or master's degree in IT-Finance. Proven expertise as a Solution Architect in complex business-IT implementation teams. Strong track record in applying IT architecture principles and enhancing IT service continuity. Skillful translation of regulatory requirements into effective IT solutions for business support. Practical experience in employing architecture methods and techniques. Proficiency in designing and maintaining services architecture. In-depth understanding of IT security and monitoring principles. Broad experience in managing complex technological landscapes within large organizations, complemented by strategic thinking, communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders with an open mindset. Preferably several years of experience in the financial industry. Several years of experience with Microsoft Azure This is what we offer you a gross monthly salary between € 4.068,- and € 6.926,- (scale 9-10, 36 hours per week)). 13th month and holiday pay: as of January 1, 2023, the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid out in 12 equal monthly instalments. Employees have the option once a year to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December. an Employee Benefit Budget (13% of your monthly salary).
