Vacancy: Managing Director
WTTS Experts's Amsterdam office serves clients across Europe and has ambitious growth plans for the future. Projects are often large-scale with many complexities that need to be solved through creative and coordinated teamwork to deliver the one-of-a-kind results that WTTS Experts's clients have come to expect. The Managing Director will provide the necessary structure, strategy and inspiration to continue delivering these exceptional experiences and drive the expansion of the business throughout the European market. This role will be the main point of contact for senior level marketing executives to WTTS Experts's existing and prospective clients; which are mostly Fortune ⚠ companies. An excellent networker, the Managing Director will form strong relationships with clients, gain a detailed understanding of their challenges, and deliver solutions to help them meet their marketing strategies. They will also have a clear vision of the future of WTTS Experts and identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities for existing and new clients. The Managing Director will closely cooperate with the head office in Canada and report directly to WTTS Experts's President and CFO. They will manage the team of nineteen employees located in Amsterdam and Poland. This means mobilizing and uniting the team and ensuring the right creative pace, culture, and energy to pursue WTTS Experts's business ambitions. “
