EXPECTATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Head of the Project Engineering Office you are responsible for providing winning services proposals to our customers. These will support them in transforming their business through the implementation of our ECKH Link software solutions.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

  1. Give direction on what ECKH Link Services will offer in sales cycles.
  2. Find the optimum balance between scope, cost & timeline to realize expected value for customers.
  3. Ensure the proper use of methodologies, tools, and procedures.
  4. Review (and approve or reject) proposals on feasibility, compliance and financial health.
  5. Contribute to the development of project management best practices.
  6. Support sales colleagues how to best engage with customers, from local Dutch to large International.
  7. Be an ECKH Link representative in Steerco's of customer projects.

On a tactical level you will advise ECKH Link Netherland's services management team on topics like operating model, pricing, revenue & margin management, customer orientation in proposals.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & COMPETENCIES/WORK EXPERIENCE:

University degree, preferably in Management, Information Technologies, or Business Engineering;

PMP certification and/or other industry and project management certifications are preferred;

Insight into ECKH Link solutions;

⚠+ years experience project/program management & service contracting (creation and managing);

Ability to understand our customer's business quickly and translate this into relevant and attractive ECKH Link Service offerings;

Thorough understanding of Professional Services business and Cloud business;

Adaptive communication style in order to work with a wide variety of contact persons and a political sensitive context;

Ability to use a combination of formal authority and persuasion skill sets;

Results-driven;

Eagerness for details and procedures;

High proficiency in English and Dutch (written and oral).

YOUR TEAM:

You will be part of ECKH Link's Cloud Success Services organization in ECKH Link Netherlands, consisting of consultants, project & program managers, engagement managers, account executives and colleagues in back-office functions like Legal, Finance. Secondly, you will work closely with the Services management team. From ECKH Link’s global centers of excellence you will leverage top-notch ECKH Link expertise.
