Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

• Deliver Transported by Maersk financial outcomes for Europe by connecting Ocean and LnS business drivers and optimizing business processes to deliver the Integrator Strategy • Strategic partnering with Markets and Product organisation to optimize end to end business processes for best-in-class financial processes and visibility • Drive Strategic decisionmaking across Ocean Finance business partners with specialization in Ocean Fulfilment processes • Unite functional strategies & plans into regional cross-functional business plans • Foster cross-functional operational excellence, streamline processes and optimize resource allocation • Leverage Extended Leadership group’s expertise to create rounded business solutions • Develop future leaders in the teams • Best practice sharing, avoiding duplicate efforts across teams/geographies.

Financial and Performance Management

• Implement and drive performance management in TbM EUR Regional Customer Delivery with specialization in Ocean fulfilment. • Drive KPI deployment and target setting in close coordination with Head of Ocean Fulfilment and Head of Ocean Finance for TbM EUR. • Timely identify and correct derailed performance for critical areas through action-oriented frameworks • Promote usage of BI analytics to provide direction and support business decisions and to assess trade-off between cost savings, efficient operations and customer satisfaction • Drive standardization of cost recovery processes with stakeholders • Drive appropriate use of financial models for decision making process (network, port, etc.). • Accountable for delivery and follow up of financials (Budget, Monthly and FY processes)

Partnering

• Manage team of Ocean Fulfilment finance business partners • Identifynew creative ways to add value to the organization challenging the status quo. • Drive smooth financial interaction between global, regional and area functions. • Actively participate in the relevant FBP community to learn & share best-practices as needed. • Lobby behind the scenes to build support for ideas and solicits the involvement of others to build ownership and buy-in. • Analyse the wider business, external developments and political implications when making decisions, including the effectiveness of the outcome. • Impact decisions through presenting the right set of data • Can be a substitute for leaders to drive business review meetings.

We are looking for

Competencies:

• Bachelor's Degree/Masters in Finance or equivalent required • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (FP&A & Finance Business Partnering)
