After ⚠ years working in business travel I found J&M Services a great company to develop the skills I acquired during my bachelor’s degree in hotel management. Being part of a local apart hotels chain with constant projects and new openings around Europe has given me the chance to gain experience in the field and be involved during the entire process. After ⚠ months as corporate reservations sales agent I have progress to the role of Reservations Team Leader, being now responsible for the performance of the agents. This challenge is giving me the opportunity to help the team from a different perspective and utilize my customer service experience to the fullest.

I joined J&M Services in June ⚠ and have seen the company progress and evolve since then. Throughout my time here, we have expanded exponentially into the European market and this has afforded me opportunities to grow within the company and as a person. I spent over ⚠ years with the front of house team as a Night Receptionist, Night Supervisor, Day Receptionist, and finally Guest Service Manager while completing my degree in Business and 🔗 completing my degree, I sought a new challenge and J&M Services were happy to provide one in the form of my current role as a P⚠P Accounts Payable Assistant. In this role, I am tasked with ensuring all documents from all our properties are posted to our operating system correctly in time for them to be paid. I had been nervous about embarking on an entirely new career path, but this was quickly quashed when I met my team. They were amazingly supportive in my transition into my new role and I continue to learn from them each day. J&M Services have supported me in my educational pursuits and continue to do so. I aim to advance further within our finance department and I know that I will be given the tools and training necessary to make this happen.
