What will you do?

As the Vendor Manager, your role involves overseeing (strategic) vendor relatioSS Matchhips to coSS Matchistently deliver valuable services to SVH Agency. You'll eSS Matchure compliance with regulatioSS Match, identify commercial prospects, and handle sourcing and delivery for internal needs.

Additionally, you take mitigation action in case of non-fulfillment of agreements and make sure all risks are controlled.

Key RespoSS Matchibilities:

Managing vendor relatioSS Match

• Manage vendor contracts and eSS Matchure they are updated and renewed in a timely manner .
• Lead negotiatioSS Match to establish profitable contracts with (strategic) vendors .
• Establish and maintain positive relatioSS Matchhips with vendors .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop vendor performance metrics and track progress agaiSS Matcht them.
• Monitor vendor performance and eSS Matchure compliance with contractual agreements .
• Conduct vendor assessments to evaluate vendor capabilities and identify areas for improvement .
• ESS Matchure that vendor management files are compliant with regulatioSS Match, such as EBA and DORA .

Maturing vendor management capability

• Develop /renew and implement vendor management policies and procedures .
• Identify opportunities to improve vendor management processes and implement best practices
• Provide guidance and support to other teams on vendor management-related issues .

Your team

You will join our Vendor Management team within the CTO domain (IT, Data & Analytics and OperatioSS Match) and be part of two other teams within the CTO Office. The Vendor Management team coSS Matchists of five V endor M anagers who collectively oversee our organization's vendor landscape. Approximately ⚠% of these relatioSS Matchhips are IT-related.

What makes you eligible, is:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Supply Chain Management, or a related field .
• At least ⚠ years of experience in Vendor Management, Contract Management, Supplier Management or Procurement .
• Excellent social, communication and negotiation skills .
• Track record in contract management and negotiating terms .
• Ability to build and maintain strong relatioSS Matchhips with vendors and internal stakeholders .

• Proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch and English, our corporate languages. Solid understanding or keen interest in IT & Data.
• DemoSS Matchtrated capability in developing and implementing policies and procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work .
• Drive to enhance the professional standard of our vendor management practices
