As a Business Continuity Expert, your passion for ensuring business resilience will be invaluable. You will help in further developing and maintaining our Business Continuity Management framework, community, and life cycle (including Business Impact Analysis, Risk and Mitigation Assessment, and Business Continuity Planning). Together we'll ensure that our documentation is top-notch, our procedures are crystal clear, our governance is disciplined, and our stakeholders are aware and prepared

Top 3 responsibilities

• You will make a real impact on our BCM life cycle! As our Business Continuity Expert, you'll take the lead in enhancing the processes regarding our Business Impact Analyses, Risk and Mitigation Assessments, Business Continuity Plans, and more.
• You will be supportive in providing the documentation in a dedicated BC library and write our Global BC Guidelines.
• Your monitoring, reporting and quality assurance will provide critical insights that help us stay ahead of the curve and continuously improve our approach.

We are looking for a Business Continuity Expert with the right skills to help us drive our company's success. Do you have the following essential skills that will make you stand out?

• Disruption ready: With a proven track record in the business continuity management life cycle and crisis management standards, you bring a unique perspective to any team, ready to face challenges head-on.
• Tech continuity expert: Your experience with Disaster Recovery and Tech continuity sets enables you to drive quality implementation and quality improvement.
• Flexible and committed: You understand the importance of being available when it matters,
• Master of stakeholder management: Your superior stakeholder management skills enable you to navigate complex relationships and maintain positive interactions with key players. You are experienced with operating on a board or management level in a complex organization.
• Pragmatic problem-solver: As a service-oriented individual, you thrive in fast-paced environments and make quick, informed decisions that drive results.
• CBCI certified or higher? That would be fantastic! (a pre).

• A gross monthly salary up to €5811,03gross per month (FG 09)
• On top of that an 13th month, 8% holiday pay and an Employee Benefit Budget of 11% of your gross yearly salary. You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions, or even receiving a monthly cash payout.
• A personal budget of €1.400 that you can spend on activities related to your personal development and career.
• Flexibility when it comes to location-independent working or at the office.
• 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance.
• An attractive pension fund with a personal contribution of only 5.5%. Rabobank will contribute 21.5%.
