Ortec Finance develops and hosts applications for pension funds, asset managers, banks, housing associations, and municipalities to assist them in financial decision-making. We sell and support these solutions globally. In the Netherlands, we are currently experiencing a shortage of affordable housing. Ortec Finance helps housing associations assess what kind of housing to develop and build. Perhaps your first apartment is built or renovated based on a decision proposed by one of our products!

Our Cloud and Solution Support team is responsible for the rapidly growing services ofOrtec Finance. We provide support and advice to our business and development teams. As an Application Manager, you will primarily provide support for customers, business consultants, and software developers in the Real Estate departments. If a problem occurs with one of our products, the Client Servicing Teams will reach out to you.

You will work with many different (cloud) techniques to offer Ortec Finance customers the best in terms of performance, continuity, and security.

Your activities and responsibilities include, among others:

  • Onboarding of customers
  • Onboarding of newly developed applications and application features
  • Coordinating workflows for end-users with the technical specialists
  • Learning about- and maintaining our state-of-the-art private cloud services
  • Facilitating test environments for Business and Development departments
  • Scripting and automating application deployments

Ortec Finance has a Cloud Native Technology strategy, meaning in the long term, we will provide you the opportunity to gain knowledge and contribute to our Cloud Native services in the context of Ortec Finance's applications.

Ortec Finance serves a global market. To support our international offices and customers, you will occasionally run a (part-time) standby duty. Our team will prepare you for these tasks.

The salary range is between 50.000 and 55.000 EUR gross per year (excluding variable pay, but including 13th month and holiday allowance), dependent on your role, competency profile and experience.

  • Affinity with cloud techniques and scripting is a benefit but not required.
  • An intrinsic motivation is more important than work experience for this position.
  • Command of the Dutch language is a pre.
