Revenue Growth Manager Analyst Benelux

As a Revenue Growth Manager Analyst in  Hertgogenbosch , Netherlands you will be part of the Benelux Revenue Growth & Category Management team, a team of 9 people based in the Netherlands (Hertogenbosch) and in the Belgium Office (Zaventem). The role will be based from our Zaventem or Den Bosch Head Office on a hybrid working basis.

 

As an RGM analyst you play a key role in driving profitable growth for our Benelux business, by managing different strategic drivers of the business. You will have an overarching view of the business with a passion for numbers to enable us to deliver our growth strategies.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Contributing to designing the 3-year Revenue Growth strategy: Pricing, Mix, Trade Architecture & Promotion
  • Development, continuous improvement, deployment & analysis of standardized reports to increase transparency regarding the commercial principles on different levels (country, category, customer, portfolio, channel):
  • Performing analysis and providing recommendations on:
  • Promotion
  • Reporting
  • Create and deliver impactful presentations that tell a story focused on insights to help identify growth opportunities and drive effective decision making

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

 

  • Ideally Business Degree combined with 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG
  • Ideally previous experience in Revenue Growth Management and/or Business Analysis
  • An analytical mindset with a passion for numbers and affinity with financial metrics, attention to details
  • Proactive mindset, high customer- and service orientation
  • Good communication skills
  • Good English, Dutch and/or French language skills
  • Advanced MS-Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint)
