Sales Force Excellence Senior Specialist

The Position

As part of a business strategy based on data-driven decisions, this role is responsible for developing and coordinating data initiatives aimed at providing actionable insights to ensure commercial effectiveness and managing data integration and usage from a business analytics perspective. In collaboration with other key members of the business, the incumbent work as part of a team responsible for implementing the data analytics strategy with a view of driving and enhancing data systems and streamlining business processes.. This person will have a focus on Salesforce Excellence and will work closely with the CRM lead. This role will combine a subject-matter expert knowledge in analytics with a solid business acumen to unlock value for the salesforce excellence operations, including presenting insights and recommendations to management for decision making and planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales incentives Program
    • develop and implement differentiated SIP programs to help field teams meet and exceed their sales targets.
    • is responsible for the end-to-end SIP process for all eligible SF employees.
    • guarantees the operational process: coordinates interactions with all business contacts, internal and external providers, for the selection and validation of indicators used to calculate bonuses (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Maintain the Analytics roadmap by working with key stakeholders to make sure all priorities are aligned, and maximum value output is generated for the business
  • Collaborate with global teams to design, test and deploy local data architecture to create analysis ready data
  • Establish and maintain data quality & governance processes to ensure high quality of outputs
  • Deliver comprehensive, accurate, high quality commercial analytics to identify opportunities and provide the foundational support of business decisions and performance monitoring
  • Develop and automate reports and dashboards based on organization needs to effectively communicate trends and patterns by integrating all relevant data sources
  • Develop, automate, and disseminate relevant ad-hoc analytics to support business and sales operations
  • Contributes to Salesforce Excellence, by operating and driving CRM processes, and works together with the CRM lead to operate these processes into CRM

Required education, experience and skills

  • University Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Life Sciences discipline or business/commerce
  • Min. 2 years of pharmaceutical marketing or sales experience
  • Evidence of strategic thinking capability specifically in the Salesforce Excellence space
  • Robust understanding of the HCP engagement opportunities
  • Strong planning, analytical and organization skills
  • Ability to digest complex information and interpret its relevance to CNE markets, specifically Germany, UK and Nordics
  • Committed to understanding and meeting customer needs
  • Collaborates effectively with and through others to achieve shared goals, including ability to work across specialist functions, e.g., finance, sales, marketing, business practices, and market access
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and confidence (verbal, written and presentation skills)
