Change & Engagement Analyst
(Based in Eindhoven)

“HNDR Team’s Fit for the Future' encompasses the business transformation to a waste to product company to support our contribution towards a circular economy, by harmonizing HNDR Team's business activities across our divisions on a standard 'Digital Core' of systems, data, and processes for the benefit of the business. To steer the design and implementation of the 'Digital Core', and the related business harmonization and changes effectively, a Change & Engagement is indispensable.

As a Change & Engagement Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting these organizational change initiatives and fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration.

Your new team
You will become part of the Group Transformation department and work closely with the Change & Engagement Manager, Communications Manager and Global Business Process Owners. You will report directly to the Change & Engagement Manager.

Your key tasks and responsibilities
In this role, you provide support to the Change & Engagement Manager and the Communications Manager in organizing (internal and external) meetings, Divisional team engagements, etc., in order to execute an effective change management strategy. You will ensure team logistics and will handle a part of the communications (SharePoint management). You take care of the execution of parts of the Digital Core change management plan.
To realise this, you will:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to assess change impacts.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employees in adapting to change and acquiring new skills.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, gathering feedback and making recommendations for continuous improvement.

What makes you the Change Management Officer we are looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and feedback to inform decision-making.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices is a plus.
  • Your knowledge of both Dutch and English is excellent.
  • Last but not least, you have an affinity with our mission 'waste no more.'
