For these reasons, PwC NL is looking to further strengthen its internal KYC organization and expand the current team. This is what you will do
The PwC NL KYC Organization is part of PwC Firm Services and supports Assurance, Advisory and Tax, Legal & People (hereafter: Lines of Service) in meeting their KYC requirements. The PwC NL KYC Operations team is part of the KYC Organization and is primarily responsible for ensuring the timely application of various KYC processes to all new and existing clients. In addition, KYC Operations acts as a business partner for the Lines of Service in supporting and advising the business on specific KYC topics and requirements. 

In this role you will: 

• perform and take ownership of KYC risk assessments for new and existing clients in line with PwC NL KYC Policy

• gather all required client documentation to build KYC files that meet PwC requirements

• be able to identify (potential) customers that pose increased reputational risks for the organization

• act as a business partner to the Lines of Service and relevant risk departments for KYC requirements and topics

• represent KYC Operations in projects where KYC subject matter expertise is required 

• investigate and follow-up of any events (such as adverse media, PEP and sanctions hits) that could impact a client’s KYC risk profile

• advise and support in the further development of KYC by identifying process and policy improvements

• adopt the KYC Operations way of working and contribute to the completion of the team’s workload

Who are you?

You are a talented, ambitious, curious and passionate professional with a strong interest, and experience in KYC. You are a team player that works together to make a difference. In addition, you:

• are in the possession of a Bachelor or Master degree 

• have a minimum of 2 years KYC experience in the Dutch regulatory environment

• possess strong research and analytical skills

• are able to analyze complex problems and present them in a concise form

• work in a structured way and have an eye for detail

• are proactive and take ownership

• have excellent communication skills and are able to express yourself fluently in Dutch and/or English

• are flexible, stress resistant, self-motivated and eager to learn
