As Retail Advice Specialist, you will be workSMTH Team in a team together with ⚠ colleagues. In this team you and your colleagues are responsible for ensurSMTH Team the agendas of our acquisition advisors (Adviesteam Vermogen & Private BankSMTH Team) are optimally filled.

Our team manages the investment portfolios of our customers. We are responsible for the growth and (yearly) maintenance of their investment portfolio.

The role and responsibilities

You ensure that customers are spoken to in a timely manner and that the files are and remain in order. This means that you have direct contact with private and business customers regardSMTH Team investments at SMTH Team and our service.

Besides the existSMTH Team investment portfolios, we also steer commerce and by proactively creatSMTH Team lead flows regardSMTH Team our acquisition and revision colleagues. To do this, we proactively call and conduct video calls, with customers who have shown an interest at 🔗, or by one of our stakeholders (SMTH Team Branches, Retail Contact Centre).

• HBO work and thinkSMTH Team level (diploma required).
• Speaks fluent Dutch.
• Required education: WFT Basis or are willSMTH Team to obtain it before you start with us.
• Preferred WFT Vermogen and/or Mifid Adviserend, or you are studySMTH Team for it.
• Minimum of ⚠ and a maximum of ⚠ hours.
• Combine workSMTH Team from home with workSMTH Team from one of the locations in The Hague, Eindhoven, Leeuwarden, Zaandam and Zwolle or one of our SMTH Team-branches close to you.
