What will you be doing?

To get right to the point: within De Jong Verpakking by Stora Enso the dynamics have been great in recent years. This has everything to do with the enormous growth we are experiencing. This growth has resulted, among other things, in the realization of a second production location in De Lier. Within this dynamic environment you will have a free, responsible and challenging role as Head of Financial Administration. Professionally, you will be responsible for the correct and complete execution of the financial administration. Besides managing the department (6 employees) your challenge lies in optimizing the financial organization. Starting with the basics, you bring improvements by analyzing and optimizing processes on an operational and tactical level. You are sharp and know how to challenge others inside and outside your team.

As Team Manager Accounting you are responsible for managing and realizing the financial administrative activities such as collecting, processing and providing financial information for the group and its entities. The Team Manager Accounting will report to the CFO.

The position summarized in four bullet points:

• Organizing and managing the entire financial administration;
• Preparation of financial reporting;
• Insurance policy, risk management and taxation;
• Responsible for further process optimization.

What are we looking for?

As Team Manager Accounting you will be responsible for directing and realizing the financial administrative activities such as collecting, processing and providing financial information for the group and its entities. The Teammanager Accounting will report to the CFO.

• At least a completed HBO financial/business economics degree;
• At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position;
• You work accurately and carefully, with an eye for detail and focused on preventing errors;
• You work efficiently, you will actively work to complete tasks and assignments according to the requirements set and you are proactive;
• You are decisive
• You are used to working independently, but also work well as part of a team;
• You enjoy guiding and improving others in their work.
