Do you want to bring innovation in our food production? AgroVision is a leading company focussed on improving the agricultural industry through innovative software solutions. We are currently seeking an agile delivery manager for our scrum teams.

You will be responsible for several scrum teams within Innovations and the partner of product management to make sure that the prioritized projects on the roadmap will be delivered. Your number one priority will be the complete people management of the scrum teams. Other responsibilities will be:

• Ensure that the projects permanently meet all requirements regarding legislation, time, budget and wishes of all parties involved.
• Having an active role in communication between colleagues and stakeholders such as managers in Innovations, Sales, PMT but also customers if necessary.
• Supervising work meetings with the involved teams.
• Analysing control data, reporting and initiating any actions.

In this job you will be part of the Innovations management team.

Your skills
You have several years of experience in a management role. You are a people manager and you have a technical background. The following statements could be written about you:

• People management skills and a technical background.
• Coaching leadership style.
• A good listener/effective in your communication.
• Proactive and able to organize.
• Familiarity with Azure, Scrum, automated testing and version control systems (e.g., git).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with different teams and colleagues across our offices.

Our offering
The software development teams (scrum teams) are divided in different sectors; Dairy, Financial, Formulation and Crop. Each scrum team is responsible for their own product serving farmers and agribusinesses all over the world. Every team consists of a product owner, a business analyst, a dedicated tester and between 2 and 5 software developers. The experience in the team ranges from colleagues who just started their career to colleagues with over 20 years of experience.

The software development teams are part of the Innovations department of AgroVision, consisting of about 60 colleagues, working from Belgium, Denmark and the Netherlands.
