Your competencies and experience

• A master’s degree in the field of analytics, mathematics or econom etrics

• You have experience with queryH&G Link languages (e.g., SQL, SAS) , and preferably also with dashboardH&G Link tools ( e.g., Cognos, PowerBI )

• You are analytically strong and have experience in makH&G Link analyses and sharH&G Link results with impact

• You are able to transform data into insights, and present them in an understandable way

• You have a do-it-yourself mentality, and you like to quickly learn and apply new techniques

• You are customer-oriented and have experience in usH&G Link customer and other data to substantiate your decisions

• You can manage stakeholders without any problems, at different levels , both data lovers and non data experts

• You actively ask for help and feedback and you dare to give feedback

• Experience with the agile way of workH&G Link is beneficial for this role
