Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and executing comprehensive financial strategies to support our growth trajectory.
• Leading fundraising efforts across equity, debt, and subsidies to fuel our expansion.
• Managing complex project financing and corporate development activities to optimize capital allocation.
• Overseeing business planning, financial forecasting, and regulatory compliance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Championing sustainable practices and ESG initiatives to drive long-term value creation.
• Nurturing a culture of financial discipline and accountability across the organization.

You're a seasoned financial leader with a proven track record of success in high-growth environments. With a minimum of 15 years' experience in financial management, you possess a deep understanding of corporate finance and capital markets.
