About the Job

As a Business System Analyst in our Benelux IT team, you'll work closely with Sales and Marketing platforms, advising, implementing, and supporting advanced systems that manage diverse data sources. Collaborating with Benelux business units, you'll ensure seamless integration and alignment between our technology solutions and the needs of our sales and marketing teams.

You'll drive innovation alongside local Sales & Marketing stakeholders and collaborate with IT & Data experts at our global headquarters to shape the future of commercial applications and platforms. Engaging in internal business development, partnerships, and project management, you'll contribute to a rapidly evolving function.

In this role, you'll support and design applications for commercial platforms like Salesforce, Adobe, Acumen, and Equadis, collaborating with Danone's global experts. With a stakeholder-focused approach, you'll cultivate strong business relationships and provide effective commercial solutions in our dynamic environment.

Your Mission:

• Become a recognized expert in commercial applications and platforms within the Benelux region, prioritizing a stakeholder-centric approach.
• Drive business development and provide guidance to leaders in the Benelux CBU's on commercial platforms, ensuring seamless day-to-day support.
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
• Collaborate actively with the Benelux Sales & Marketing team, driving innovation and sharing insights with your colleagues.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the Benelux region.

About you

About You

• 3+ years of experience managing commercial platforms, preferably Salesforce or Blueplanner.
• Strong communication skills in multi-level stakeholder management environments.
• Ability to create clear documentation (business requirements, technical specifications, process flows).
• Creative mindset and willingness to drive new and innovative ideas.
• Open to frequent travel between Danone sites in the Benelux.
• Advanced level in English (written & verbal), Dutch is a plus.
