Job Description:

What will you do?

As an HR Business Partner you’ll build relationships internally, and advise and influence the organization on people matters. We are looking for a colleague who will also manage the Talent Program , our bank-wide program for young talents, including their recruitment and development.

Your core activities will be:

  • Provide efficient support in (young talent) recruitment, performance management and talent management.
  • Manage the Talent Program (managing relationship with suppliers, participants, managers of the participants, etc.).
  • Advise on solutions to the business on employee retention, performance management, conflict resolution, compensation, promotion, policy compliance, employment law, and separations.
  • Establish and manage ongoing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Participate in (campus) recruitment events and facilitate in-house events
  • Support the further development of our employer brand
  • Engage in bank-wide (HR) projects

What do you bring?

You are an eager HR professional who gets energized by working together with a team and is result-driven.

  • Master’s degree in e.g. Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Law
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and written
  • 1-3 years of working experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Enthusiastic and flexible teamplayer
  • Self-starting, hands-on approach, good organization skills
