As a Strategic Data Analyst you will be at the forefront of creating roadmaps, defining KPIs, and developing use cases that align with our data capabilities.How you achieve results in this? That’s up to you. We trust in the way you can distinguish between main and secondary issues and make connections. You put your talents to work at:

• Define KPIs in the operational processes in close collaboration with the business to enable data-driven performance management.
  
• Understand the business and the potential to optimize their processes and help formulating the most relevant business and analysis questions.
  
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to align data strategy with operational goals.
  
• Write epics, user stories and tasks, guiding developers in aligning outputs with business requirements for dashboards and reports.
  

Through strategic use of AI, data, and applied data science, the DnA team identifies growth opportunities and drives innovation with new data products and services across Schiphol. The team is also responsible for ensuring high standards of data governance and quality, maintaining a centralized business intelligence function, and working closely with IT to develop a future-proof data infrastructure.

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in data team, with significant involvement in stakeholder management and agile project management.
•  Hbo-level education in business analytics or in a related field.
•  Experience in facilitating workshops and developing comprehensive data strategies.
• Proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages relevant to data analytics and visualization is a plus, particularly Python and relevant libraries such as Pandas.
• Dutch and English fluency are required.

• € 4744 to € 6582 gross per month (Schaal 12).
  
• A 13th month (year-end bonus).
  
• The possibility to work 4 x 9 hours in a 36-hour work week.
  
• Participation in the ABP pension fund.
