What will you be doing?

As the “Team Lead Placement” you will lead the team responsible for the maintenance of the item dimension of the CLRK Connect databases/models. You will be responsible for the planning, monitoring of the progress and reporting the status to the relevant stakeholders. You will report to the placement manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Planning of work
  • Managing the day to day activities of the placement team
  • Execution of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coaching of the DBA's
  • Collating and interpreting the relevant metrics
  • Identifying process efficiencies
  • Stakeholder communication on production status, projects and/or escalations.

Requirements

  • HBO background
  • Results oriented
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Minimum of ⚠ year experience in leading a team
  • Accurate and consistent
  • Experienced in working with KPI's/metrics
  • Proficient in English
  • Stress resistant
