Technical Consultant / Project Management EDI Integration

We are owned by 34 automotive companies like Bosch, Continental, Rheinmetall, or ZF and act as an information hub and process facilitator for them. Every standardized process ensures that you assist your clients in saving cost (i.e. process cost, indirect cost) and time with more efficient processes that were enabled by the software you´re selling.

Our business unit “Order Manager” takes care of our client's smooth order-to-invoice management process – essentially, we are an information hub for the entire automotive aftermarket. You´ll be part of 100+ colleagues and you´re reporting directly to Alexander Bresslau (VP Order Manager) who is excited to have you onboard. Our team is growing – this role can be started as soon as possible and is unlimited full-time employment within Italy, Spain, or the Netherlands. It can be performed out of your home office and is preferably located close to one of our locations (see here).

As a Technical Consultant (m/f/d) in our International Projects Team, this role primarily involves providing consultative support during the project implementation to ensure customer satisfaction and project efficiency. This role is technical and you´d be the technical part of our success here.

EDI | Technical Integration | Project Implementation

Your tasks:

  • Implementing TecAlliance software for customers and assisting partners with ERP system integration.
  • Consulting on business processes and validating messages based on the TecAlliance standard.
  • Managing and controlling customer orders as projects.
  • Processing complex support cases.
  • Analyzing customer requirements and suggesting solutions for orders or product development.
  • Supporting sales in preparing offers.
  • Developing and implementing presentations, meetings, and workshops with partners.

As this role is quite technical your skills based on our "tech stack" are most important to us. Here is an indication of the tools you´d be working with. The most relevant point for us is your experience with ERP


  • Completed a training, apprenticeship, or degree in IT, engineering, or project management.
  • Profound experience in technical consulting, project management, or product implementation.
  • You have experience with implementations in different ERP systems and bring XML and EDI skills to the table.
  • You speak English fluently. German or Polish and additional languages are a plus.
  • Occasional willingness (on average once per quarter) to travel round off your profile.

Tech areas you´d be working on:

  • EDI Formats, XML (XSD, XSLT).
  • Web services (SOAP, REST) and other system integration technologies.
  • Experience with various ERP systems, we´re working with D365FO.
  • Windows Server administration.
  • .NET development.
  • digital solutions of the supply chain management processes in our case the automotive sector.
