For our client we are looking for an Accountant (m/f/x).

Tasks and responsibilities of the Accountant in Rotterdam:

Accounting

• Accounts payable
  • Coding invoices
  • Coordination disputes
  • AP Reconciliation
  • Masterdata input
  • Weekly payments
  • Declarations/Creditcards
  • Follow up on open PO's

• Invoicing of rechargeable costs
• Bank postings
• Quarterly closing
  • Cost accruals
    • Fixed costs
    • Property taxes
    • Management fees
    • Insurance premiums
    • Lease hold fees

Project management

• Creating projects
• Follow up with Technical Asset Management
• Reconciliation between systems
• Alignment with Financial Controller on activation of projects

Reporting

• Update organizational chart
• AP Reports
• Masterdata reports
• Open purchase orders
• Overview total portfolio

Administrative

• Maintain and update internal agreements
• Maintain completeness in property management system
• KYC documentation

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Preparation of cost overviews
• Reporting

Taxes

• Support with CIT returns
• Preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation

External reporting

• Preparation of financial statements for Dutch entities

Profile

• Completed study MBO/HBO Business Economics/Business Administration/Accountancy
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of Excel
• Language: Dutch and English
