You will work primarily alongside the Strategy lead and the CEO, but also with the wider TMNL management team, on complex challenges that help take TMNL to the next level of its evolution. This would mean you conduct assessments, explore and define potential solutions as well as create storylines to support decision-making by both internal as well as external senior stakeholders.

As a strategic advisor, you appreciate the absolute necessity to collaborate with others within the organization as well as stakeholders of our 5 founding banks, and beyond, to shape the best advice on possible directions and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Business development
• Supporting Strategy Lead & TMNL’s leadership team in deciding on its future direction by providing clear analyses and logical storylines and proposals
• Leading and/or contributing to the execution of a broad scope of possible strategic projects, such as assessing commercialization options, strategic business planning, etc.
• Translating external developments and market intelligence to potential opportunities for or impact on TMNL
• Preparing excellent decision making or discussion pieces for recurring meetings such as shareholder meetings
• Supporting the CEO in creating external presentations and discussion documents for internal and external (stakeholder) meetings

Job requirements

• A master’s degree in business administration, economics, strategic management or related fields
• Demonstrable experience in the field of strategy consulting – comparable to senior consultant role from within Big 4 consulting organizations.
• Project experience in the financial services industry, technology, and more specifically in the Financial Economic Crime domain, is an advantage
• Experience in the field of innovation or business development is a plus
• Command over the English language is an absolute must; Proficiency in Dutch is a plus (not a prerequisite)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and storytelling skills that enable you to present to C-level and internal leaders in a compelling fashion
• Possess attention to detail, confidentiality, integrity, and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Strong personal leadership and entrepreneurial approach
• Flexible and creative mindset
• Structured thinker
• Highly analytical with superb problem-solving skills
• Currently living in the Netherlands
