You: The ideal candidate
If you possess initiative, can shine both independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for workshop equipment, then we want to hear from you!
- Regional market analysis, goal setting, and strategy development
- Bottom-up sales planning, sales pipeline management, forecasting
- Development and implementation of sales partners
- Management and coaching of sales partners and dealers
- Expansion of business with existing sales partners and creation of additional sales channels
- Implementation of new product solutions
- Transmission of feedback on products and services from the market to headquarters
- A degree in mechanical engineering, business administration, or similar field
- At least five years of relevant sales experience in an international context
- Well-developed analytical, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability for strategic thinking and tactical action
- Good understanding of B2B2C business

- Networker: Experience in building, expanding, and maintaining a strong network of highly qualified dealers. You feel just as comfortable in the workshop as you do in leadership-level discussions. You know how to close deals, are patient yet persistent, loyal, and reliable.
- Industry knowledge: Knowledge in the field of workshop equipment, especially lifting technology.
- Multilingual: Excellent proficiency in English and German, plus proficiency in at least one additional language.
- Flexible working: Willingness to work from home and to travel frequently within and outside of Europe.
- Enthusiastic team player: Ready to become part of our motivated team.
