In this role, you manage the entire sales order process from receipt of the order to dispatch. You proactively follow up on customer requests with the relevant departments (sales, production, service,logistics, finance, marketing). You are responsible for informing customers about product shortages and delays. You handle incoming questions, complaints, or customer inquiries about products, services, and/or deliveries. You provide support with quotations and contracts. Additionally, you are responsible for preparing sales reports and providing customer information Effectively coordinates and supports all aspects of a good customer service in line with the company’s sales strategy. Provides excellent Customer Service aiming at exceeding our customer’s expectations. Actively contributes to business growth. - Experience in working with an ERP system. (SAP) - N​ative speaker (FR, DE, EN, NL, IT, ES - depending on area), English and DE language preferred. - Knowledge of MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel) - You work independently. You schedule and prioritize your own workload. You provide support on request from your supervisor or manager. - You have frequent contact with colleagues from other departments and customers up to middle management level. You operate within a technical commercial environment where direct communication with colleagues is important.
