Commercieel medewerker binnendienst

Customer Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and manage relationships with customers in the assigned portfolio. Conduct follow-up calls and visits with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Sales Support: Provide quotes to customers and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries. Proactively engage in "cold calls" to expand the customer base and generate new business opportunities. Identify and provide sales leads to other team members to maximize business growth. Customer Support and Coordination: Serve as the focal point and primary contact for customers within the assigned portfolio, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly. Collaborate with Customer Service and Finance teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes effectively. Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence and insights to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Share relevant market information with the team to support strategic decision-making and business development efforts. Data Management: Maintain and update customer data in CRM and other internal systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information. Requirements : Experience in container shipping or forwarding in a sales or customer service position. Proficient MS Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel. Familiarity with CRM systems and their applications in managing customer relationships. Fluency in Dutch and English languages for effective communication with customers and team members. Strong team-player with an outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
