The Cash & banking automation specialist, is a person looking into process improvement and automation. You have experience in the daily cash management, payments and cash automation as well as a high level of inquisitive approach. You have a bachelor/Master educational level and are well organized, self-motivated with an eye for detail and know how to set your priorities to ensure that deadlines are met. After an intensive KAO training, you will start acting on your main goals by performing on the daily activities, you will lead part of the cash automation and assist with other ongoing project. Be a flexible team player, while maintaining a great level of cooperation across all departments.

What you will do:

• Allocating the daily incoming cash in a timely manner within EBS/ SAP.
• Coordinate within the team to support each other in daily activities and ensure that we reply to requests from internal (majority) & external customers. Add split task:
• Improvements and maintenance of the cash automation rate in EBS as well as improvements/ automation of all related tasks (Download and upload of bank statements, ensuring 100% of upload is done, refining EBS to increase the automation rate)
• Month close activities: Bank reconciliation, reporting, and Blackline upload.
• Report on transit account balances to relevant departments to ensure that unapplied items remain below 30 days.
• Processing payments (Batches and manual requests) and executing direct debits
• Ensuring all balances reconcile

• University degree, preferably in Finance related fields.
• Relevant working experience, preferably 3+ years' experience within an automatic Cash allocation/ Management environment
• Experience in automating cash allocation processes implementation/ support (EBS, Serrala, Kyriba...)
• Experienced working within an international shared service center & fast changing environment with a continue focus on process improvement.
• Ability to prioritize your own workload and getting things done.
• Ability to collaborate with all internal & external stakeholders.
• Relevant system knowledge (preferably SAP, EBS), advanced proficiency level in Excel.
• Helicopter view process orientated.
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of other European languages like German, Italian, French is an advantage;
