Reason of the vacancy: expansion Winning market share in the ServiceNow space substantially. They had their first big successes, winning large contracts and now building the team with 6 new additions, from Consultant – Senior Manager level. Levels looking to hire (in no particular order): 2 (Senior) Managers 2 Senior Consultants (ServiceNow or GRC experience with other tools/ solutions) 2 Consultants Interview with the MD : “After successfully having set up the SAP team, it’s now time for a proper ServiceNow effort, which will become an even bigger success. For that we need the right talent with the right mindset. After that we will launch Microsoft and build out that effort, so enough room for growth. We need a total of 6 FTE’s, of which 5+ years’ experience to lead projects, but we also need capacities at a lower level to build a solid platform. If you don`t have ServiceNow experience, but at least GRC experience with the other tools/ solutions, that is fine as well. If you have a lot of experience with ServiceNow, but no IRM/ GRC experience, that is a valid option also.” We stand behind our staff and will back them up where necessary, with a long term view, in order to be part of something lasting and have real impact!” GRC Tooling: The following GRC tools are of particular interest; MetricStream RSA Archer OneTrust, SAI360 (Bwise) IBM OpenPages Riskonnect Workiva Culture : Based on team spirit, professionalism and entrepreneurial spirit in an informal atmosphere. Team members are an open book, where you legitimately feel you can ask questions, they actually want you to ask questions to understand your thought process and be able to guide you best. Reporting line : In this role you will report to the Associate Director / Director responsible for the ServiceNow Practice. Some selected key topics: Main job is to be part of ServiceNow projects and make sure their clients get the best solutions for what they need. You will be supporting the Manager technically in translating the clients requirement to ServiceNow. Handle complex ServiceNow projects and help figure out what problems their clients are facing. You will then work with a team of ServiceNow experts to come up with the best solutions. Ramp-up the delivery team with 5-6 people over the coming 1.5 year. Key accountabilities Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to gather and analyze client requirements Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications to ensure that ServiceNow configurations meet client objectives Assist in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications to tailor solutions to specific client needs Implement workflows and create custom scripts to automate processes and enhance system functionality Participate in the testing phase of the project to identify and resolve system bugs Assist in the deployment of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring successful implementation and minimal disruption to client operations Develop user guides and documentation to assist clients with post-implementation usage and troubleshooting Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and updates Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure alignment and coherence in the execution of project deliverables Assist the project manager in coordinating project activities and communicating project status to all stakeholders Background: Experience with ServiceNow: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working directly with the ServiceNow platform Proven track record in successfully deploying ServiceNow solutions in a corporate environment Knowledge of GRC Processes: Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes preferred Experience in implementing ServiceNow GRC modules is highly desirable Consulting and Project Experience: Demonstrated experience as a consultant in large-scale ServiceNow projects, showcasing your ability to manage project deliverables and meet client expectations Experience in working with cross-functional teams and handling multiple stakeholders Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and driven to achieve excellence in all tasks Highly analytical with a systematic approach to problem-solving Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively Comfortable with managing and troubleshooting advanced technology within the ServiceNow ecosystem Demonstrates a proactive approach to learning new technologies and system updates Language Skills: Must be fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is highly advantageous and will be considered a significant plus in serving regional clients Education: BSc or MSc level Additional (Software Tools) Licenses & Certifications are considered a plus Offer: Above market-rate salary and very good secondary benefits.
