Accountant – Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Accounts Payable – booking invoices Accounts Receivable – collection by mail and phone Prepare bank bookings Prepare necessary journal entries Book and reconcile Intra/Intercompany invoices in sub-ledger Accounts Receivable and Payable Work together with the team for a proper monthly closing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Monthly settlements for several Intercompany offices (AP & AR) Prepare VAT declarations Administer fixed assets Prepare cashflow forecast for foreign currency Candidate Profile for Accountant – Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
