From our office in Sarajevo, you and your team are responsible for the accountancy services for our customers. Furthermore, you provide guidance and training to junior accountants where necessary. Excellent processing of journal entries with respect to (monthly/quarterly) closing process Excellent analyzing of balance sheet and profit & loss accounts Excellent processing of periodic financial reports Processing annual financial statements Processing periodic tax declarations Advising on cost reduction and increase of profits Review budgets and financial reports and provide critical feedback Ensure that documentation is prepared in a timely manner Train and coach (junior) Accountants About you

Finished Master’s degree in Accounting At least 7 years work experience in accounting sector You speak and write fluent English You are a great team player You coach and motivate in a decisive way You are an active communicator: thorough, honest and open.
