As a Finance Transformation Partner, you will be instrumental in structuring and keeping an overview of the execution of transformative initiatives within the finance function. Having this overview, your primary focus will be coordination of delivery and change management on our decided strategies that not only enhance efficiency but also ensure the realization of measurable benefits. This role requires a meticulous approach to project management and a keen understanding of financial systems and processes.

This position requires a mix of project management expertise, business acumen, and strong soft skills and the ability to frame up, execute, and drive resolution to complex issues. This is a dynamic, fast paced role that can simultaneously see the bigger picture along with the small pieces that are critical to success. STRATEGIC PLANNING AND STRUCTURE EXECUTION Collaborate with finance leadership to amend if needed the transformation roadmap.

Support head of Finance Transformation in preparation for finance leadership and management meetings (schedule meetings and invitations, prepare material etc)

Create detailed project plans with clear milestones, ensuring structured execution and adherence to timelines.

Yearly planning and coordination of Strategic Direction and priority setting

Ensure that there is a methodology for running initiatives and projects in a structured way

Partner with Finance Academy and Lean partner to identify learning needs and to create a plan for the year well connected with the transformation agenda and the strategic direction.

Partner with Finance Academy and Lean partner to plan Kaizens that will help us increase quality and to deliver a more seamless service delivery

FINANCE INITATIVE TRACKING AND REPORTING Establish a robust process for tracking and reporting on status and progress on defined initiatives within the Finance function, working closely together with finance stakeholders and beyond

Establish a process for granular traceability of costs and benefits realized from finance transformation initiatives

Offering guidance and support to project managers and teams, as well as providing them with relevant software tools, templates and training

Support project managers in creating business cases, milestones and definitions of success to be measured for finance transformation initiatives

Support project leaders in regularly monitor initiative performance and ETC/EAC for reasonableness against plans

Generating regular reports on the status of initiatives for stakeholders and senior leadership, providing insights into resource use, performance metrics, risk mitigation, initiative completion timeline and benefit realization

Challenge, review and analysis of major finance transformation initiatives expenditures and benefit realization, for purposes of detailed reporting to leadership

Create a structure for how to timely and appropriately generate, collect, distribute and storage documentation relating to the finance transformation agenda

Supporting initiative prioritization and transformation management

COMMUNICATION Communication material mainly related to yearly Strategic Direction and Priority setting, transformational project and other ad hoc need

Support Transformation Teams in developing their communication plan and delivering upon

Coordinating activities including creation of content assets, planning transformation deep dives/team meetings, maintaining and updating intranet/SharePoint sites, newsletters, Yammer, townhalls etc

Supporting transformation team with engaging presentation materials and talking points.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT Deliver the Change Impact of the Finance Transformation journey Programs in scope by analyzing the current state and the desired future state, assessing the nature and scale of the change.

Develop a change strategy that aligns with the vision and objectives of the program.

Design and deliver the change which involves planning, executing, and monitoring the change activities.

Collaborate with the transformation and project teams and relevant departments to ensure the successfully implementation and transition of changes (Coaching and support).

CRITICAL

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related disciplines

Above

five

years' working experience

Strong program

management

/ project management skills is required

Excellent stakeholder management and

collaboration

skills

Strong financial acumen, excellent organizational skills, and keen attention to detail

Excellent knowledge of MS Office;

specifically

PowerPoint

and Excel.

W

orking knowledge of

program/project management software

is a strong advantage

Strong

English written and verbal communication

skills
