EUR75000 - EUR95000 per annum Title: Operational Risk Manager ( Dutch Speaking Role- must be fluent in Dutch) I am representing a leading energy firm in Rotterdam with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability. They are looking for an Operational Risk Manager to join their team and help them to continue to grow and succeed. The role: The Operational Risk Manager will be responsible for the following: Developing and implementing risk management strategies and procedures Identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks Monitoring and reporting on risk exposures Providing advice and guidance to the business on risk management issues Working with other risk professionals to ensure a comprehensive and effective risk management framework The ideal candidate The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience: A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field 3+ years of experience in operational risk management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team If you meet the above criteria, please apply or send your CV to hadjra.sohawon@goodmanmasson.com.
