From our offices in Sarajevo and Tirana, you are responsible for the audit services for our customers and when the team grows you will have an opportunity to lead the team. Review financial statements and prepare audit reports Lead out on client relationships and stakeholder management through ongoing communication and resolution of key audit issues. Understand the client’s industry, key performance drivers, business trends, and emerging technical and industry developments. Plan engagement objectives to ensure compliance with professional standards and appropriately address risks. Review and approve for signing all financial statements, opinions and reports and other deliverable documents for clients. About you

A bachelor’s degree in an accounting, finance or business. A minimum of 3 - 5 years work experience as an auditor An internationally recognized professional accounting qualification, such as a ACCA or equivalent Working knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS Quality oriented Ability to train and mentor (junior) staff (in the future) Ability to accurately process financial data Excellent knowledge of auditing Engagement management, execution and reporting skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients with a diverse range of backgrounds Confidence in your ability to prioritize when managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a collaborative approach to management The flexibility to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Contact us about this vacancy
