This is an exciting career opportunity, where you report to to the Head of BIM Finance & Investment Analysis in an international, challenging business setting known for diversity and high paced environment.

You will act as trusted business partner to Head of Automation and Head of Decarbonization. Drive financial forecasting process and provide financial information and data analysis needed for Automation and other functions such as Decarbonization and other relevant functions in APMT Operations. Collaborate with finance business partners in the project execution on relevant topics. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Business partner to relevant functional management Team

Act as a trusted, visible and accessible point of contact to Head of Automation and also Head of Decarbonization Facilitate decision making based on financial analysis and insights Improve short- and long-term performance through relevant, accurate and timely reporting and forecasting Create value-based financial steering of the Automation and Decarbonization functions e.g. by supporting/providing predictive modelling and forecasting Provide financial/administrative support/advise regarding deployment on functional solutions such as an automation deployment As needed, support engagement with external stakeholders in projects including Joint Ventures, Greenfield projects, or major expansions Provide financial support and advice in project and large tender business, e. g. clarification of business conditions and their impact on future business profitability, support in contract structuring etc. Ensure project governance principles (including but not limited to contingency management) is followed, global- and project authority matrixes are adhered Support in project based financial planning and forecasting

Coordinate the overall planning process (in line with functional planning guideline/instructions) for the respective functions including required alignment with Financial Leadership and the other functional controllers and business partners Ensure deadlines for planning and forecasting are met For target setting, consider relevant economic framework and terminal business conditions and set ambitious but realistic goals For forecast setting, consider forecast accuracy and follow up on own performance Support simulations for different business scenarios. Work close with the functions to understand the business and the business need in form of reporting and KPIs Investment Proposal Other Responsibilities

Financial Modelling and preparation of Investment Proposals (IP) of Capex Investments. Coordinate with tax, treasury, group FPNA, accounting and other respective functions for IP preparation. Provide support to business in coming up ideas for IP. Support on IFU (Investment Follow Up) process Preparation of Memos for accounting and policy treatment changes with cross functional collaboration as required based on business requirements Proper governance on Budget Change Request, Service Level Agreements for Capex projects Adhoc support to the business Act as single point of contact for all finance related matters for business WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Master degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Economics. On the ground experience in delivering large scale projects +6 years of experience in developing business cases and financial models +6 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Controlling or Consultancy roles. Experience in an asset-heavy industry would be an advantage Experience in establishing a finance function would be an advantage Strategic mindset, able to contribute to strategy definition and to translate high level strategy into practical implementation Entrepreneurial drive to explore and materialize business opportunities Stakeholder management skills, able to engage all levels of the business Change management skills, understanding the principles and actions underpinning successful implementation of change Analytical skills, able to collect and absorb huge amount of data and information, problem-solve and make decisions Management skills, able to manage a team over different locations, keeping them aligned and engaged #LI-VS2
