Key Responsibilities Optimize in collaboration with hub spend. Assess trade-off between cost savings, efficient operations and customer satisfaction. Timely identify and correct derailed performance for critical areas through action-oriented framework. Drive appropriate use of financial models for decision and investment making process . Accountable for delivery and follow up of financials (Budget, Monthly and FY process) vis a vis Hubs. Accountable for proper Balance Sheet management. Identifying new creative ways to add value to the organization challenging the status quo. Impacts decisions through presenting the right set of financials. Ensure adherence to the established operating system design, maintaining consistency and integrity across all financial/operational processes and systems.
