UBQ Materials is seeking a Senior FinancialController to join our team

About the role The Controller is responsible for all Accounting, Tax and Controllership activities of UBQ (Global) and helps the company transact in compliance with the company’s policies, and procedures and in accordance with local regulations and management expectations. The Controller also plays a key role in Finance Operations activities across the company.

This role is based in Bergen op Zoom, the Netherlands.

Roles and Responsibilities Manage the books and records of the company’s legal entities in all jurisdictions. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and cost accounting for global manufacturing business Responsible for timely and accurate statutory, tax, US GAAP and management reporting Responsible for accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports Manage a 2-4 team members. Runs the company books and records – GL, AP, AR, FA, FX, CASH, etc Treasury responsibilities, working with banks Manage the interface with the company auditors and tax consultants Responsible for the company’s accounting policies and procedures Partner with Finance and Operations teams to standardize, streamline and harmonize finance operations

CPA/ACCA or RA Big 4 Audit Manager experience Experienced in manufacturing-type businesses in multinational companies. Experience working and implementing ERP systems like Oracle, SAP and Microsoft ~15 years of relevant experience MBA preferred
