Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel industry Proven ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial analysis Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail Demonstrated leadership skills and effective communication abilities Proficiency in Dutch and English; must already be based in the Netherlands

Responsibilities Include:

Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including Profit & Loss and cash flow statements Overseeing budget execution and identifying potential deviations Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable Forecasting to inform business decisions Providing financial guidance to management Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulations
