KYC & Third-Party Risk Manager

(TPRM). You'll grow into the role and work towards driving global operational resilience, enhance and integrate the

TPRM framework

and Digital Operational Resilience Act ( DORA ) regulations into current policies and procedures, work closely with vendors globally and educate fellow managers on Third-Party Management (TPM). Know your Customer ( KYC ) and Know your Vendor ( KYV ) are also core parts of this role. The role spans a range of areas, including: Risk Management : Identifying, assessing, and mitigating third-party risks, including comprehensive risk assessments and the development risk mitigation strategies. Relationship (Vendor) Management : Establishing and maintaining strategic vendor relationships in line with organizational goals and regulations. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure vendors adhere to regulations and financial industry standards Performance Monitoring : Assess vendor performance, risk, resilience, and report on issues affecting operations or reputation. Collaboration:

Effective collaboration with internal teams and external providers to achieve common objectives Ideal candidates will have: At least 4 years of experience in one or more of: KYC, CDD, AML, TPRM, Regulatory Frameworks or similar Experience conducting Vendor Due Diligence assessments, assurance report assessments and vendor performance monitoring. Ability to adapt to the fast-paced financial sector, incorporating innovative solutions for third-party management and operational resilience. A proactive 'can do' mentality, eager to contribute to organizational success, and adept at working in a collaborative small team environment. Ideally, familiarity with procurement processes (P2P) or Workday Bachelor's or Master's degree Dutch and English a bonus.
